Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery

Exchanges are subject to product availability

Only one exchange per order is allowed

If the exchanged item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference

If the exchanged item costs less, the balance will be issued as store credit

Shipping charges for exchanges (both return and re-shipping) must be paid by the customer
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Customers are responsible for securely packing and sending the product

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated after the returned item is received and passes quality inspection

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
